How to replace the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) in a 2002 Subaru WRX.
**DONT BOTHER PULLING THE FUSE**
I got some incorrect information. To cut power to the fuel pump remove the kick panel in the passenger foot well. Disconnect the bright green 4-pin connector by the door. Power is cut to the pump. Take the gas cap off to relieve tank pressure. Crank the engine a few times to relieve remaining pressure in the fuel lines. NOW the system is fully depressurized.
