1. Protein in urine is very common in kidney failure patients it can be due to High blood pressure, Diabetes, Poly cystic kidney, or IGA nephropathy. The protein is present because the structure of the kidney is damaged due to swelling. There are filters in the kidney called nephrons and when the nephrons get damaged the protein is seen in the urine. The presence of foamy urine indicates that our kidneys are weakening. It's critical to understand why you get frothy urine when you urinate. When our kidneys expand due to poor renal function, albumin and globulin are discharged into the urine.

The first thing to do is understand why are our kidneys getting damaged and once we find the cause we can work on it to get better. The damage can be due to High blood pressure, or sugar, or many other factors such as fever. So it is very important to control and maintain that is causing the damage to the kidney.
