If you are overweight or have sore knees, you should not begin running training right away. Jogging is only beneficial to healthy people. It is best, to begin with, walking or another aerobic exercise that will benefit the whole body, then progress to running.
Long training sessions at a low heart rate (less than 130) or a very high heart rate (more than 150) are unsuccessful.
