When my abusive father would leave the house my mother would make sure that her children had fun. Part of that was playing music, dancing and singing. This song I hold close to my heart ... It reminds me of the power within my mother (and many mothers out there), my hero, the power she grew and maintained for her childrens' safety. Every thing she did was for us, everything she endured and pulled us through was for us. Thank you Mother. I Love You.
