Описание: Somatics to unlock stuck ribs and restore supple breathing space. Rib Cage Uncaged: SeeSaw Ribs is part one of a two-part video series by Eric Cooper Somatics. In this video, you'll learn how to release tension in your shoulders and neck by relaxing places you may have forgotten you can move.

This movement addresses the roots of scoliosis and other breathing constrictions. Through spatial awareness and pandiculation techniques, you can free yourself from chronic shoulder tension and move with greater ease and comfort.
