How to add a Tie Dye Drawing Effect onto Neurographic Art (Colored Pencils Artist Tutorial)

For this video I'm sharing how you could add a Tie Dye Effect onto Neurographic Art using colored pencils. This is an idea of a creative way to add color to Neurographic Art, I've enjoyed exploring other creative ways to add to Neurographic Art and those are in these videos below. I'm using Koh-i-Noor's Mondeluz aquarelle coloured pencils in this video. I'm using them without water, but I think it could be cool to paint over this with water too.
