We’re heading out at 6:30 AM in some serious Florida wind to see how the pros handle commercial stone crabbing in Stock Island. It’s wild seeing the difference between these massive colossal stone crab claws and the blue crabs I’m used to back home. These guys have a super sustainable way of doing things by only taking the claws and letting the crabs grow them back.
