Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups cake flour (option: plain flour)
2 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp salt
1 whole egg & 1 egg yolk
3 tbsp melter butter (option: margarine)
3 tbsp water (option: add more or put less depending on the humidity of your place)
Fillings:
Chicken breast (steamed and flaked)
Carrots (small cubes)
Potato (small cubes)
Garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oyster sauce (optional)
Procedure
Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs, melter butter
Add water whenever needed
Knead the mixture
Cover it with a cling wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or just leave in the table for 1 hour
After 30 mins or 1 hour, knead the dough.
Form a thin portion, put in the cooked fillings and sealed
Deep fry into the medium hot oil
Serve and enjoy 🤩👍
