A friend of mine needed a custom vinyl roll rack for his vinyl wrapping business so i came up with this design and used the I2r-8 UCCNC from i2rcnc.com to make them and in no time there were finished up. The 90 degree v bit from bitsbits.com is so satisfying to watch cut and leave a super clean surface with there astra coating helping to protect the cutting eges. I used the Kreg Foreman to cut in pocket holes to make mounting the rack extremely easy and strong.
