Join me for this 15-minute upper body dumbbell workout! We’ll move through three focused five-minute rounds, using 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest to challenge your muscles while still giving you time to reset and lift with good form. Feel free to adapt as needed for your fitness level.
This workout starts with a guided warm-up and ends with a cool-down, so you’re supported from start to finish. Grab your dumbbells (having 2–3 weight options is helpful if you want to adjust throughout), and get ready to work your shoulders, arms, chest, and back with controlled, effective movements.
This efficient workout is perfect for at-home strength days, gym sessions, or when you want a complete upper body workout while low on time. This one’s about quality reps, steady effort, and building muscle.
