Plans Changed Mid-Build (But the Template Still Works)

Описание: Episode 152 of 365. We brought the lumber inside—80 pieces of 2x10x10—and officially kicked off the pod build. The catch: the boards were slightly wider than expected, so the original plan needed a real-world adjustment. After hours of testing and tweaking, the template still worked, and we got back on track.

In this episode we break down the cut plan, corner math, and why you sometimes leave pieces long on purpose to guarantee alignment when material thickness/width varies. We also dial in dog-bone joinery, talk dust/chip cleanup, and start locking in a build that’s going to be ridiculously strong (and glued).
