Pakistan Army’s Relief Operations for Flood-Affected People Continue
Pakistan Army, in collaboration with the civil administration, continues relief operations in flood-affected areas of Okara.Evacuation of people stranded by the floodwaters of River Sutlej and Head Sulemanki to safe locations is ongoing.The Pakistan Army, together with the civil administration, has established several rescue and relief camps.
So far, thousands of people, along with their livestock, have been shifted to safe areas from multiple villages.Arrangements for essential medical assistance to the affected people have also been made.
As always, the Pakistan Army is actively engaged in relief operations alongside the civil administration with the spirit of service.
