When a lawyer is fired due to memory issues, she goes back to New Orleans, tail between her legs, to investigate a night she can't remember: her brother's death. Set in the landscape of memory, four lives converge on a fateful Mardi Gras night, in which themes of memory, loss, and coming of age in a supposed decaying city, highlight the beauty and tragedy of the Crescent City.
