The General Court Martial has further remanded Gen. David Sejusa, the former Coordinator of Intelligence Services, until 23 February when his bail application will be ruled on.
The General Court martial ruled today that it has the jurisdiction to try General David Sejusa on charges relating to his service in the army. Sejusa, who was in court, had applied through his lawyers challenging the jurisdiction of court arguing that the high court was still hearing an application challenging his continued service in the Army.
