How can you ask people to help you on your journey when you yourself have no idea where you're going?

I implore you to go internal this year. Dig deep within yourself and seek clarity on what it is you want.

These are the questions I ask myself:

[Letting Go]
1. Where have you found peace?
2. What do you want to let go of?
3. What do you spend too much time doing?
4. What would you do if you were not afraid?
5. What did you learn from your biggest regret?

[Being Me]
1. What's something new you recently tried?
2. What makes you lose track of time?
3. What moves you to tears?
4. Whats the defining moment of your life and how did it sculpt you?
5. What is most important to you?

[My Dreams]
1. What was your childhood dream?
2. What's your perfect day?
3. What do you dream of achieving one day?
4. If money was no issue what would you do? Or spend your time?
5. What question would you ask a real fortune teller? (you can only ask 3 questions)

[My Growth]
1. What challenges do you want to overcome?
2. What does success look like to you?
3. What risk are you happy that you took?
4. What can you do now that you couldn't last year?
5. What are you working towards that you could use some help with?

[Love]
1. What's one of the kindest things someone has done for you?
2. How do you show love to others?
3. How do you show love to yourself?
4. What are you passionate about and want to spend more time doing?
5. What random acts of kindness could you do right now?

[Serve]
1. What does this world need more of?
2. Who are your heroes?
3. What have you witnessed that has strengthened your faith in humanity?
4. If you ran this country what would it be like?
5. How are you making a difference?
