This year's Cast in Steel competition (https://castinsteel.org) challenged teams to make a sword in a style that George Washington might have owned, using cast steel.
As part of the competition requirements, each team had to produce a short video about their project and sword.
The video shows the team’s design, alloy selection, pouring, finishing and assembly of their sword.
