#GBDURO is a solo bike-packing effort from Land’s End, England to John o’Groats, Scotland. Lachlan Morton traversed the four stages, covering 2000-kilometers, alone.

Except not really. He was never alone.

The brutal task he faced inspired countless people to join him – virtually at first, following his dot on a screen, and eventually out on the road.

This is #alternativeracing at its best. Sure, these races are about redefining limits, but more than anything, they’re about the connections we make and communities we join along the way.
