Part 2 of my ground work session with the young warmblood gelding…he’s shown a lot of undesirable behaviours, rearing, striking and biting as well as being pushy on the ground.
Again the focus has been on getting to his mind through his feet…owning and controlling my space….moving his feet, forward backwards left and right….when his attention wanders and he follows his own thoughts I stead of waiting for me, I make his feet move doing the opposite of what he was thinking. #horsemanship #horsetraining #groundwork
