2.Swap to your female character.
3.Then do the director mode glitch.
4.Go to crooked cop and select this outfit.
5.Join a mission and go to the nearest ammunition.
6.Put on the following components down below.
7.Swap back to your male and do the SP to MP glitch.

UPPER BODY-
Brown and Grey Tactical Jacket=Merge Top Component
White lace bustier(Bustier Section)

After you have transferred this outfit start up the adversary mode inch by inch and select the orange jersey.

Start up crooked cop and go once to the left and the jersey should merge.

If you want the gloves you have to transfer your male outfits back to your female and put on the light wood tactical gloves.
