One day, motion sensors along the U.S. border sent an unexpected alert. A border officer drove out to investigate and discovered something surprising — a majestic eagle had become tangled in the fence and couldn’t free itself.
The bird struggled to escape, but the wires held it tight. The officer carefully approached and gently freed the eagle from the fence. When he looked closer, he noticed the eagle’s legs were injured.
Without hesitation, he took the bird to a nearby border medical station, where its wounds were treated and its legs carefully bandaged. After some time to recover, the officer returned the eagle to the wild.
