coriander ( sabut dhaniya ) 50 g , 12 tbs
cumin ( sabut zeera ) 45 g , 8 tbs
fennel seeds ( sounf ) 15 g , 3 tbs
fenugreek seeds ( methi dana ) 25 g , 2.5 tbs
carom seed ( ajwain ) 25 g , 3 tbs
white peper powder ( safaid mirch ) 20 g , 2 tbs
black peper powder ( kali mirch ) 30 g , 3 tbs
chili flakes ( kuti laal mirch ) 25 g , 4 tbs
red chili powder ( laal mirch ) 45 g , 7 tbs
whole spice powder ( garam masala ) 30 g , 5 tbs
termuric powder ( haldi ) 20 g , 2 tbs
citric acid powder ( tatri ) 20 g , 2 tbs
salt ( namak ) 90 g , 5 tbs

fish 2 kg
fish masala 75 g , 9 tbs
ginger garlic paste ( adrak lehson ) 2 tbs
green chili paste ( sabz mirch ) 1 tbs for extra spice
all purpose flour ( maida ) as required
oil for frying as required
