Did you notice this in Harry Potter and Goblet of Fire? Dumbledore says that the winner of the Triwizard Tournament will be the champion with the highest points total at the end of the three tasks. However, come the final task, the points have been converted into a staggered start order, and the winner is the first to touch the cup. Either Dumbledore was wrong, the plans changed, or this is a mistake.
