Voted ‘Best Cover Band of 2024’ by Planet S Magazine, The Mudd Brothers and their powerful cocktail of pawnshop acoustic guitars, mandolin, dobro, banjo and suitcase drums will be at Somewhere Else Pub in Saskatoon for One Night - Saturday November 8th.
The band has endeared itself to fans with the use of traditional instruments to create Americana versions of your favourite pop, rock, disco, funk, country, and folk tunes.
Their début album ‘Dive Bar Superstars’ (BRC 2410) that delivers covers of hits such as Collective Soul’s ‘Shine’ and Radiohead’s ‘High and Dry’ has earned them a dedicated following. Listeners at home and abroad are consistently charmed by their ability to take well-known songs and give them a new spin.
The Mudd Brothers’ live shows mix high-energy music and irreverent fun, with the band’s infectious sense of humour, making them a hit with audiences of all ages.
