Spruce Creek is the largest residential airpark in the world. 4000 feet lighted and paved runway with a private GPS approach are the main features of this unique private airport. It is owned and maintained by the 1500 homeowners of the Spruce Creek Fly-In. The use of the airport is restricted to the homeowners and their guests. About 500 airplanes are based at the airport and most of them are stored in private hangars.

EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) Chapter 288 is the largest chapter of the EAA. More than 200,000 pilots are EAA members!
