Timing is Everything trophy; kill the final 3 Ancestors within 10 seconds of killing the first Ancestor....
Once you enter the final battle, make sure to keep all 3 Ancestors alive till the core is fully charged.
On my run one was close to death so i couldn't use my drone as much as I'd like in case the drone killed it...
With all three ancestors alive, the core takes longer to charge & there will be a mad spawn of aliens including mammoths & rhinos once all three have shown up.
The best way to deal with mammoths and rhinos is to use the grenade schematic's to craft NX grenade's and Venom grenades etc. You can carry one type, and have the other (or same) type ready to craft once you've used all the ones you have.
Just be sure to stay in the room where the schematics are and you're relatively safe from Ancestor attacks.
