Stress Management at the Workplace: 9 Tips to Reduce Your Stress
1. Start your day by drinking a Glass of warm water in the morning.
2. Eat brain-boosting food like omega-3 fat from fish and antioxidants from Green leafy vegetables, Eggs, Milk and fruits
3. Sleep 7-9 hours
4. Reduce screen time: The Rule is 20-20-20, which means at every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away from the computer or mobile for at least 20 seconds.
5. Move On: Always keep your intention to move and walk. Use stairs and stretch your body frequently
6. Use your non-dominant hand or learn a new skill: Help in keeping your brain healthy and fit
7. Keep your diet healthy: Don't use sugar/salt in excess
