Construction work on the Anakkampoyil–Kalladi–Meppadi tunnel project has been temporarily suspended following the Wayanad disaster. Authorities clarified that there are no safety concerns at the construction site, and workers have been shifted from their accommodation to labour camps as a precautionary measure.
