One day, I asked him a question that had been eating at me:

His response was a coaching question I will never forget. He asked:
"If you were to continue waiting, would that make you feel empowered, or disempowered?"

I thought about it. And I said, "Disempowered. Waiting makes me feel disempowered."

He replied, "You're absolutely right. Finding love or anything you seek in life is a partnership between you and God. "

A partnership. Not passivity. Not just waiting. A partnership.

This was a massive mindset shift for me. I decided right there: No more passivity. No more fear. No more waiting.
