Ben Stokes stood trial for affray after ben stokes was involved in a brawl outside a Bristol nightclub.
Two other men, Ryan Ali, 28 and Ryan Hale, 27, also stood trial on the same charge at Bristol Crown Court.
The first day of the trial heard that Stokes mocked two gay men and flicked a cigarette butt at one of them before brawling with two other men.
Jurors heard that Stokes knocked Ali and Hale unconscious.
Witnesses said they saw Ali and Hale with the makeshift weapons just before Stokes knocked them both out.
They were told that the fight outside Mbargo nightclub was a "sustained episode of significant violence" in which Stokes "lost control".
