🏍️ Ultimate Ladakh Bike Trip | Manali to Sonmarg | 9 Days of Adventure 🇮🇳
This video captures my dream bike trip across Ladakh, covering some of the most breathtaking, remote, and challenging terrains in India. From smooth highways to high-altitude passes, river crossings, and surreal lakes — this journey is all about freedom, endurance, and raw Himalayan beauty.
🌄 About Leh – The Heart of Ladakh
Leh is not just a destination, it’s an experience. Nestled at high altitude, surrounded by rugged mountains and monasteries, Leh offers unmatched landscapes, rich culture, and extreme weather conditions. It serves as the perfect base for riders exploring Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Hanle, Tso Moriri, and beyond. Riding in Ladakh tests your skill, patience, and stamina — but rewards you with views you’ll never forget.

Day 2: Jispa ➝ Sarchu
Entering the high-altitude desert with dramatic landscapes and cold winds.
Day 3: Sarchu ➝ Tso Moriri
One of the most beautiful and peaceful lakes in Ladakh — raw, remote, and unreal.

A less-explored route leading to India’s highest observatory and endless open roads.

Riding through isolated terrain to the iconic blue waters of Pangong.

Crossing high passes to reach sand dunes, double-humped camels, and lush valleys.

Returning to Leh for rest, recovery, and local exploration.

A historic route with memories of bravery and stunning landscapes.
Day 9: Kargil ➝ Sonmarg
The perfect ending — green meadows, rivers, and calm vibes.
⚠️ Important Suggestions (Must Read)
✔️ Carry proper riding gear, especially gum boots.
You’ll have to ride through deep water crossings, and normal shoes will get completely soaked. Gum boots are a must.
✔️ Avoid trolleys or suitcases — always use backpacks.
They are easier to manage on bikes and rough roads.
✔️ Do NOT go solo, especially if it’s your first Ladakh trip.
Travel with a tour group or experienced riders.
✔️ A good group provides:
Road marshals familiar with the terrain
A backup van (very useful if you feel sick or unwell)
A mechanic for emergencies
✔️ Budget details — I’ll explain everything clearly in the video.
No promotions here. If you want to know which tour & travels I went with, drop a comment and I’ll reply.
