3 Shiitake Mushroom 3朵 香菇
½ Chinese Sausage ½条 香肠
60g Minced Pork 60克 肉碎
3 Shallots 3粒 小葱头
500ml Water 500毫升 水
1 Spring Onion 1条 青葱
1 Red Chilli 1条 红辣椒
Seasonings 调味料 :
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish Sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
