(4 Sep 2021) OSCAR ISAAC AND JESSICA CHASTAIN BRING 'SCENES FROM A MARRIAGE' TO VENICE
Jessica Chastain and Oscar Isaac walked the red carpet in Venice on Saturday (4 SEPT. 2021), stopping to pose for photographers at the premiere of their limited series, "Scenes from a Marriage."
The longtime friends seemed relaxed and playful as they cuddled and joked while the photographers snapped.
"Scenes from a Marriage," which is adapted from Ingmar Bergman's classic '70s Swedish miniseries, examines love, marriage and divorce through the eyes of Chastain and Isaac's characters.
The new series is co-created, written and directed by Hagai Levi ("The Affair") and has Chastain and Isaac listed as executive producers.
The project is showing out of competition at this year's festival and is scheduled to premiere on HBO Sept. 12.
