Our 10th entry into Select Paddle's Short Film Awards 2024 comes from the crew at Pistyll Productions on their trip to Iceland...
"The plan was always Fire and Iceland for Chips’s 30th bash, and this is a
video about our trip to the land of Fire and Ice. But after the passing of our
dear friend Bren Orton, things were going to be a little harder to get
motivated.
Everyone had booked their flights long in advance apart from John who took
a little convincing from Chips the week before departing for Iceland to
actually get on the plane. In hindsight, he's mightily stoked that he did.
This video isn't a tribute to Bren, it is more about carrying on his legacy,
being the most stoked kayaker out there, and being endlessly motivated.
So in honour of that, sit back, grab a whisky, and enjoy!
