"ICICI bank is one of India’s largest private banks. It has a lot of branches all around India. ICICI bank primarily looks out for PO officers or probationary officers and for sales officers. The ICICI bank jobs for freshers include PO and sales officers only. Other lateral recruitment process also happens, as and when there is a vacancy in the bank. The candidates from engineering and management colleges are sought for the PO officers and sales officers through campus interviews and also through direct recruitment process. In case of direct recruitment process, the job advertisement would be provided in leading newspapers, leading job portals and also in the official site.
The selection process for PO includes an aptitude test and those who are selected in the aptitude test would be called in for a written test about accounting, finance, bank operation and bank laws. Those who are selected in this test would be called in for the personal interview round. There may be group discussions too.
Usually, management candidates are taken up for the PO positions and Sales officers are picked among engineering candidates and diploma candidates. The PO recruitment process is totally different from the sales officer recruitment process.
