YOU NEED Win-RAR IN ORDER TO GET THE MODDED GAME SAVE
If these steps did not work then do those same steps but before you take out the USB drag the modded game save into the USB with the other game save and when it comes up with the profile screen like it did with mine then you click the bottom right button that says skip this step and it will save the modded game save in the usb because you Rehashed and Resigned your IDs from your saved game.
