My Struggle Meal
Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked White Rice (Day-old rice works better)
1 Can of Spam or anything you have, really
3 Eggs
3 tbsp Oil (I just used Chilli Oil, but you can use whatever)
1 Bunch of Green Onions
½ Onion
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Start by cutting your onion in half and chopping it into a rough dice, then slice your green onions and set them aside
Then slice your spam however you want it, and whisk your eggs in separate bowls
Then, on high heat in a large pan or wok, cook your spam in one tbsp of oil and cook until it is golden brown
Then add in your onions and cook them until translucent
Add in your eggs and cook until they are well-cooked.
Once that is done, take out everything and heat your pan back up until it is smoking
Add in the rest of your oil and cook your rice (try to use day-old rice)
Once your rice has been cooking for 1-2 minutes, add in the rest of your ingredients that you cooked off and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes
After that, garnish with pepper and green onions, and you are done.
