In this episode, we consider The Hearsay Rule within the evidence rules that govern litigation. It is a difficult subject, even for the most experienced in the legal profession.

It is important to master the all the rules of evidence, but the most important one may be hearsay. We consider what types of hearsay are acceptable and why.
