Ingredients:
6 Egg Whites
Cinnamon
Stevia
Whey Protein Isolate
If you don't have whey protein just add more cinnamon. I have made it without whey protein and it still turned out delicious.
Cooking Instructions:
Spray pan with cooking spray
It is best to start warming up the pan while you start cracking your eggs and mixing ingredients.....you want the pan heated up before you put batter on. Cook on Low
Mix eggs and dry ingredients together
Pour on pan and let cook on one side until firm and brown
Flip pancake and cook on opposite side
Flip one more time if needed
Add whatever toppings you like and enjoy!
I normally use Almond Milk in this recipe to add fluffyness to the pancake
