This is a very sweet and well-animated Public Service Announcement, sponsored for this airing by the Franciscan Friars of Siena College, a private Catholic college in Loudonville, NY. I can't find a single thing about this spot. Someone out there has got to have more info on the animation, which looks very familiar. Recorded 1985, looks fifteen to 20 years older.
