Mohammed Described The Crisis As a Looming Humanitarian Emergency, With Residents Fleeing Their Communities Out Of Fear.
He Said The President Had Issued Directives And That He Would Also Meet With Top Security Officials, Including The National Security Adviser, To Seek Urgent Intervention And Restore Stability In The State.
