• 燒乳豬拼海蜇 $23.80
• 豬肚酸菜雞煲湯 原價 $7.50 *早市時段當作「大點」計，只需 $5.50
• 龍蝦伊麵 $28.88 ＋加$1第二隻龍蝦
• 再配埋幾款早市點心（細中大一律 $5.50）

乳豬皮脆肉香，海蜇爽口；豬肚酸菜雞煲湯酸香開胃、料多實在；龍蝦伊麵份量足，兩隻龍蝦加埋，CP值好高。

In this video, I visit Century Banquet Restaurant in Markham, which recently changed ownership and was renamed from New Century Restaurant. They now offer a great early bird dim sum deal plus a crazy lobster e-fu noodle promotion.

🕒 Dim Sum Early Bird Deal (at time of visit):
• Monday to Sunday
• 9:00am–11:30am
• Any small, medium, or large dim sum is $5.50
• After 11:30am, dim sum items get 10% off

🦞 Lobster E-Fu Noodle Deal:
• Spend $20 before tax
• You can order lobster e-fu noodles for $28.88
• Add a second lobster for just $1 more
• For a lobster-focused restaurant, this is a very good value.

What we ordered:
• Roast suckling pig with jellyfish – $23.80
• Pork stomach & chicken soup with preserved vegetables – regular $7.50,
but counted as a large dim sum item ($5.50) during early bird hours
• Lobster e-fu noodles – $28.88 + $1 for the second lobster

The suckling pig was crispy with good flavour, the jellyfish was refreshing, the pork stomach & chicken soup was hearty and comforting, and the lobster e-fu noodle set with two lobsters was excellent value for the price.
