We stepped inside one of the most beautiful historic properties we’ve viewed in the South of France… and I genuinely didn’t expect to fall for it like this.
This former perfume bastide in Grasse is filled with original features, old shutters, checkerboard floors, high ceilings and the most breathtaking garden views across the Riviera. It’s currently still for sale, and we were given full access to tour the house and grounds with the agent.
Ryan is sharing more French properties over on his channel, and as we are actively looking for an investment property to add value to, this visit felt particularly interesting.
But the real question is… would we choose this as an investment?
Or would we secretly want to keep it for ourselves?
