My absolute GO-TO practice for winding down, relieving tension & soreness in the feet, and working out that "been-on-my-feet-the-whole-day" heaviness in the legs.
You'll need a massage ball (tennis or softball will work as a good substitute) and a block or sturdy book for this one.
