Hello All,
Here is an absolute favourite of mine, the Lardy Cake. Feel free to google this fabulous piece of traditional British food. I've been eating these since I was a kid and I couldn't think of a better way to share my baking with you.
The recipe I use is from the River Cottage Handbook: Bread. I thoroughly recommend it as a concise source of good tips.
