This strength-based lower body gym workout focuses on my favorite lower body movements that don't require a squat rack or machines. These are the exact movements that I do as a personal trainer. This workout should take you anywhere from 45-60 minutes. Let's grow those LEGS!! This is a low-impact, strength-based workout that can be modified to your own unique athletic level! Just get ready to sweat 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
Perform EACH exercise for the recommended reps and sets. The last two reps should feel difficult but still manageable with good form. Feel free to increase or decrease the number of reps to fit your needs. Rest 60-90 seconds between sets.

1:30 Deficit Lunges - L x 3 sets / 12 reps EA
2:07 Deficit Lunges - R x 3 sets / 12 reps EA
2:40 Romanian Deadlifts x 4 sets / 10-12 reps
3:15 Lateral Lunges - L x 3 sets / 12 reps EA
3:48 Lateral Lunges - R x 3 sets / 12 reps EA
4:20 Sumo Squat x 4 sets / 10-12 reps
4:50 Superset 1A - Monster Walks x 3 sets / 30-50 reps
