Word Increase Ministry is hiring a DNG Ministry Director to lead our children's discipleship initiative across Rwanda.
The Reality:
❌ Many churches view children as "too young" for the Gospel
❌ Little intentional ministry reaches Rwanda's next generation
❌ Biblical literacy among children is critically low
The Opportunity:
✅ Lead a movement to disciple Rwanda's children
✅ Create Gospel-centered curriculum & resources
✅ Train Sunday school teachers & parents nationwide
✅ Shape the future of Rwanda's church
Position Details:
📌 Full-time role based in Kigali
📌 Reports to WIM Director
📌 Competitive ministry salary
📌 Starts January 2026
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (theology preferred)
Church ministry experience
Strong theological foundation
Passionate about children's discipleship
Bilingual: Kinyarwanda & English
