5k Foam Fest/Entire Obstacles Austin, Texas 2018 Race,04/21/2018
We had so much fun running 5k Foam Fest. It was like a giant adult playground. The obstacles are less challenging, but more fun. It’s great for anyone. My suggestion is compression shirts, shorts, socks and trail running shoes. Don’t breathe in the foam. Try to hold your breath and come out quickly. Both my friend and I had to swallow the foam. It leaves a chemical taste in your mouth. It smells really bad. Costumes, no, trust me, you would suffer later. Be prepared to get dirty.
