GENESIS - GENErate in Europe a Sustainable Industry for
Semiconductor
Funded by the European Union under Grant Agreement No. 101194246 – GENESIS. Co-funded by the Chips Joint Undertaking and its members, including the European Union and participating Member States. Coordinated by CEA-Leti with 58 partners, the project targets sustainable semiconductor manufacturing through PFAS-alternative materials, real-time emissions and waste sensors, and recycling technologies for scarce materials.
GENESIS received 15M EUR in EU funding, with additional Member
State contributions bringing the total budget to around 60M EUR.
