Is the BOLTON FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL 2022 worth visiting?! Watch our video and decide for yourself!!

Описание: We went down to the Bolton Food and Drink Fest after our last visit which was a few years ago. The vibe was really nice, with live performances dotted around the festival site.

There were a number of stalls with a variety of food - Greek, Turkish, Middle Eastern, African, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Spanish, Polish, Italian, British & more - which should meet the needs of diverse tastes. There were also a selection of alcoholic drinks, sauces, and other deli products like olives and cheeses.

Some stall holders have come from further afield, such as Liverpool, Sheffield and Lincolnshire, so it does seem to be a popular pitch!

Prices have certainly gone up so it would be difficult to get a main at a healthy portion for a reasonable price. Sides such as chips can be upwards of £4 but if the prices are off-putting, there are other eating options within Bolton where you can get more reasonably-priced bites.

We got 6 siu mai for £5, a small goat curry with rice & peas for £6, a lamb pattie for £2.50 and kartofelki (Polish dish of potatoes, sausages, bacon and onions) for £6.

It's worth a wander during the bank holiday weekend to soak in the atmosphere, and maybe scoff some delights too :)
