The Mpumalanga International Fresh Produce Market in Mbombela, has once again missed the deadline to start operating.
The over 2-billion rand facility was expected to start operating five years ago.
The deadline was missed and went over budget.
Last month, Premier Mandla Ndlovu announced that the market will be fully operational by the end of July.
But it is not happening.
